- Cancelling
- On the monthly plan you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing month – in your account or by email.
- After you cancel
- You can still export your letters for 30 days; then we delete them. Originals we still hold are forwarded to you on request or shredded (prices: see price list).

Yes. Starter includes the § 123 AO authorisation for 1 authority, Business and Enterprise for as many as you need. You download the extended authorisation in your account after ordering.
